Roof work.
Replacement, repair, and storm response for homes around Paducah.
A replacement, in order.
Tear off to the deck. Replace bad wood while it is exposed. Dry in with underlayment and drip edge, then shingles, courses climbing from the eave.
We install GAF roofing systems.
The six steps, start to finish
Repairs: flashing first.
Chimneys, valleys, pipe boots, nail pops. Water rarely comes through the middle of a roof; it comes in at the edges and joints. A repair should find the entry point and fix that.
Edges, where rot shows first.
Drip edge keeps water off the fascia. Eaves and gutter lines fail quietly, so we check them on every roof we walk.
Storm response, after the wind.
Lifted shingles and bruised mats leak later, not the same day. Get the roof walked while the damage is fresh and the dates line up.
Adjuster paperwork: fax (270) 444-9116.
Ask for a storm checkArchitectural or three-tab.
Architectural shingles are thicker and laid in layers. Three-tab lies flat and costs less. Which one fits depends on the house, the pitch, and the budget, and we will tell you straight.
